Robust Frame Construction
Constructed with a 5" C-channel main frame and 4" x 3" x 3/16" tubing cross-members, the SDX Dump Trailer ensures durability and strength. The dump bed features 12-gauge formed side walls and a 10-gauge steel floor, complemented by 12-gauge diamond plate steel fenders and welded D-rings in the inside corners for added functionality and resilience.
Hydraulic Lift System
The SDX is equipped with a heavy-duty scissor lift powered by a KTI 12V hydraulic pump, providing a tilt angle of 41° for efficient dumping operations. The system includes a 5" x 16" cylinder and is controlled by a 14' cable, offering both power-up and power-down capabilities for versatile operation.
Durable Running Gear
The SDX Dump Trailer is equipped with two spring axles, each rated at 3,500 lbs, paired with ST205/75R15 radial tires. These 8-ply tires are mounted on 15” black mod wheels with a bolt pattern of 550, providing stability and reliable load-bearing capacity. The electric brakes on both axles enhance safety and control during transport.
Practical Cargo Management
The SDX includes a spacious tongue tool box for the pump, battery, and charger, adding to its practicality. The rear gate features 3-way doors with EZ Slam door latches and 5' slide-in channel ramps for easy loading and unloading of cargo. The manual tarp kit provides additional protection for the load.

The trailer is finished with a high-quality powder coat applied after a thorough grit blast preparation. This finish offers excellent resistance to rust and corrosion, ensuring the trailer remains in top condition even in harsh environments.
