Return Policy

Trailers

All new and used trailer sales are final.  No refunds, returns or exchanges are available.

Deposits and shipping/transportation costs are non-refundable unless notified in writing.

All new trailers sold by Stryker Dealership Group are backed exclusively by a manufacturer factory warranty. 

Stryker Dealership Group is not responsible for manufacturing defects and/or damages which may or may not occur due to manufacturer defects.

All trailers are inspected upon delivery. There will be a secondary inspection walkthrough at the time of sale with a Stryker Dealership Group sales representative and the customer to ensure the trailer is in proper working order. A signed inspection document between Stryker Dealership Group will be completed at the time of final sale.

All used and scratch & dent trailers sold by Stryker Dealership Group are sold as-is without warranty unless written documentation is provided otherwise.

Trailer Parts and Accessories

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. For any item over 14 days, products are covered under manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. Special order products are non-refundable.

LTL freight items are not eligible for returns except under limited circumstances. Some products we offer exceed the weight or packaging limits of traditional shippers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS.  In these cases, your product will be shipped via LTL truck freight.  In these cases, once a product ships, the driver or delivery company will reach out to you to schedule delivery of your item on a specific date and within a certain time window.  Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for freight deliveries when they are scheduled.

Any shipments that go out via LTL truck freight are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturer defect or you received a different product than you actually ordered. Customers must inspect freight orders upon delivery.  Do not accept delivery if the package is visibly damaged or not what you ordered. If either of these occur, you should refuse delivery. Do not sign for or accept the package and contact us immediately.

Returns Process

Items sent to us for return or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. Any return without an RMA number assigned will not be refunded.

If a product is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, then we will provide a return shipping label. Once the product has been received back, we will send out a replacement or process a refund.

If a product has to be returned for any other reason, we will still accept returns up to 14 days after receipt, however the customer will be responsible for return shipping and the product may be subject to a restocking fee depending on manufacturer or supplier policies.

Not Eligible For Returns

Some other items are not eligible for return for any reason other than factory defects or damage during shipping.

These items include, but are not limited to:

  • Wheels and/or tires that have been mounted.
  • Any opened electrical items such as programmers, brake controllers, or GPS equipment.
  • Special order or custom painted items.
  • Closeout or scratch and dent items.
  • Gift cards.
