The RDX BP Roll Off Dump Trailer is constructed with a robust 10" x 12 lb. I-beam main frame and 4" x 6" x 3/16" tubing cross-members, ensuring exceptional strength and durability for handling heavy loads. Hydraulic Tilt Bed
Featuring a powerful hydraulic tilt system, the trailer is equipped with a heavy-duty scissor lift and a 6" x 20" cylinder. This setup facilitates effortless loading, transport, and dumping of materials, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual effort. Whether handling bulk materials or equipment, the hydraulic tilt bed ensures smooth and controlled operations, making it easier to handle large volumes of materials with precision.
Powerful Winch System
The trailer comes with a 17,500 lbs. Warrior electric winch and a spring-loaded latch assembly with a zinc-plated 5/8" diameter pin. This winch system provides robust pulling power, enabling secure loading and unloading of roll-off bins or heavy equipment onto the trailer. The spring-loaded latch ensures a tight hold during transport, minimizing the risk of shifting loads and enhancing overall safety and stability.
High-Capacity Axles and Suspension
The trailer features two 7,000 lbs. spring axles with electric brakes and a 6-leaf slipper spring suspension system. This configuration provides superior load-bearing capacity and stability, allowing the trailer to haul up to 12,352 lbs. of payload effectively.
