Equipped with two 25,000 lbs 71.5” track axles and Hutch H-9700 series 4-spring 3 leaf suspension, the XLS delivers superior stability. Optional air ride or single-point suspension and 77.5” track width enhance performance on tough terrains.
Durable Powder-Coated Finish
A 5-step finishing process—steel grit blasting, acid wash, phosphate treatment, heated silicone treatment, and powder coating—ensures a corrosion-resistant, long-lasting finish. This meticulous process enhances durability and maintains a professional appearance.
Efficient Belly Dump Feature
Constructed with a 10-gauge steel upper hopper and 3/16” steel lower hopper, the belly dump design ensures precise and rapid unloading of materials like gravel or asphalt. The 3/16” steel gates with bar stops provide reliable control for efficient spreading on job sites.
Advanced Air-Controlled Gates
The trailer’s 3/16” steel gates are manually air-controlled and electrically operated from the truck cab for precise material release. Paired with a Vorta Valve and lubricator filter, the system ensures user-friendly and efficient unloading.
DOT-Compliant Safety Features
The XLS includes full DOT-approved LED sealed lights in a fully enclosed conduit with a junction box for enhanced visibility. ABS sensors on the rear axle and a DOT-approved under-ride push block bumper ensure safety and compliance.
