Heavy-Duty 10" I-Beam Main Frame
Built on a heavy-duty 10-inch (17 lbs/ft) I-beam main frame. This robust frame provides the foundational strength required for the trailer's 22,400 lb GVWR capacity.
Gravity Tilt System with 16' Tilt Section
Features a gravity-operated tilt system for easy loading. The deck is split, with a 16-foot rear section that tilts down to the ground, creating a drive-on ramp.
25" Low Profile Tilt Deck Height
Designed with a low 25-inch deck height in the tilted position. This creates a shallow, gradual incline for easier and safer loading of low-clearance equipment.
10k Dexter Oil Bath Torsion Axles
Equipped with two 10,000 lb Dexter oil bath torsion axles with electric brakes. This combination provides high capacity, smooth ride, and low maintenance.
3"x16" Tilt Cylinder & Manual Release
The tilt function is powered by a single 3-inch bore by 16-inch stroke hydraulic cylinder. The system includes a manual safety release valve to control the lowering speed.
