24' Hydraulic Tilt Deck with Power Control
Features a full hydraulic 24-foot tilt deck. The system uses a KTI 12V pump and a 6"x21" cylinder (20,000 lb capacity) for controlled power-up and power-down operation.
36" Deckover Height & 102" Width
Designed as a true deckover with a 36-inch deck height. The 102-inch wide deck provides a full-width load surface without wheel well obstructions.
12" I-Beam Main Frame & 4.5" Torque Tube
Built on a 12-inch I-beam main frame (14-19 lbs/ft, depending on axle option). Trailers 30 feet and longer include a 4.5-inch torque tube for enhanced frame rigidity.
98" Engineered Gooseneck & Dual Battery System
Features a 98-inch long engineered I-beam gooseneck. The trailer includes two Interstate 27 deep cycle batteries to power the hydraulic and electrical systems.
Axle Options from 7k to 10k Oil Bath
Configurable with axles from 7k EZ Lube to 10k oil bath capacities. The 10k SS oil bath upgrade uses 17.5" wheels with 18-ply tires.
